- DTF transfer (your printed design)
- Heat press (recommended over an iron)
- Garment (cotton, poly, or blends)

- Parchment paper or Teflon sheet
🔥 Step 1: Prep Your Garment
Before anything touches heat:
- Lint roll the shirt (dust = design enemies 🥲)
- Lay it flat on the press
- Pre-press for 5–10 seconds
